Oyenubi Law is developing an environmental practice for counselling clients on local and international environmental matters, including climate change policies. We are monitoring developments around the world on an ongoing basis and are in a position to provide high-level strategic advice to local and multinational corporations affected by Canadian and international environmental climate change laws and policies.
We are positioned to represent industrial manufacturers, renewable energy developers, and other companies on a wide range of environmental issues, including but not limited to trading activities related to greenhouse and carbon emission, licensing, compliance issues and regulatory proceedings.
We can represent buyers and originators of project-based greenhouse gas emission reductions in Nigeria and other parts of West Africa. We would like to establish good relations with brokers, trading companies, investment banks, including energy & infrastructure investment financiers, compliance purchasers, venture capital and private equity entities so as to provide important resource for our clients.
